Kutak Rock Welcomes 36 New Associates Across Multiple Offices in 2024

Kutak Rock is excited to announce the addition of 36 new associates to its offices nationwide in 2024. David Arras joined the firm as an associate in the real estate and eminent domain litigation group. He earned his J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and a B.B.A. from St. Edward’s University, where he graduated magna cum laude. He is admitted to practice in Colorado.

Erica Augustine joined the firm’s corporate tax group as an associate. She earned a J.D. from California Western School of Law and a B.A. from the University of Missouri. She is admitted to practice in California and Colorado.

Ryan Ehlinger joined as an associate in the firm’s finance group. He earned a J.D. from the University of Colorado School of Law, where he was Order of the Coif, and a B.S. from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. He is admitted to practice in Colorado.

Ryan Henkel joined the firm’s business, corporate and securities practice group as an associate. He earned a J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law where he was an associate editor of the Denver Law Review, and he also holds a B.A. from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Alex Mitchell joined as an associate in the firm’s tax credits group. He earned a J.D. from St. John's University School of Law as well as an M.B.A. and a B.S.B.A from Rockhurst University. He is admitted to practice in Colorado and New York.

Makyla Jackson is an associate in the firm’s commercial litigation practice group.
