Lauren is a tax credit attorney who assists investors and syndicators with federal and state tax credit transactions that support affordable housing, historic rehabilitation and other community-focused developments. She works with clients on due diligence, document preparation, compliance and closing.

Her work includes LIHTC transactions that support the development of affordable housing for individuals and families in need. Lauren earned her J.D. from the University of Nebraska College of Law. She also completed a double major in Accounting and Management for her undergraduate degree at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln where she was Homecoming Queen in 2020.
