Lea is an associate in the Philadelphia office and a member of the public finance group. Lea represents lenders in the multifamily housing industry and acts as special counsel to lenders for the acquisition and documentation of interest rate caps in multifamily housing transactions. Her practice also includes advising clients in various types of public finance transactions, including securitizations. Additionally, she represents financial institutions with regard to financial and derivative products such as total return swap facilities.
