Rachel concentrates her practice in complex litigation, including products liability, personal injury claims, contract disputes, and various other tort-related actions. Rachel is also a part of the Kutak Rock team’s robust toxic-tort practice and assists in defending a Fortune 300 client in asbestos related matters in 45 different states. 

Prior to joining Kutak Rock, Rachel was an associate in the Boston office of a large national law firm and an intern at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
