Tim assists clients with federal income tax matters as they relate to complex business and financing transactions. Prior to joining Kutak Rock, Tim worked as a Senior Associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions Tax group at a Big 4 public accounting firm in the Washington, D.C. area where he advised private equity clients on a variety of tax due diligence and tax structuring items in connection with acquisitions and dispositions of businesses in a wide range of industries including the infrastructure and renewable energy industries.
