Ryan concentrates his practice on commercial real estate, healthcare real estate, and real estate finance. He represents institutional property owners, real estate investment trusts (REITs), lenders, and financial institutions in the acquisition, development, leasing, financing, and disposition of commercial real estate assets. His experience includes healthcare and life sciences properties, medical office buildings, laboratory facilities, and other commercial properties.

Ryan regularly drafts and negotiates commercial leases, purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, ground leases, and other transaction-related agreements. He assists clients with title and survey review, due diligence, and the structuring and execution of complex commercial real estate transactions and real estate-secured financings.

He works extensively with REITs and institutional landlords on medical office and laboratory leasing matters and advises healthcare real estate investors on acquisition, development, leasing, and lending programs. Ryan also represents national and regional banks in commercial real estate finance transactions, including loan originations, loan modifications, participation agreements, and title insurance matters.
