Alex represents equity investors and syndicators in complex tax credit transactions nationwide, structuring and negotiating equity investments in real estate developments that utilize low-income housing tax credits, state tax credits and other tax-advantaged investments.  He advises these investors through related debt and layered financing, restructurings, portfolio exits and upper-tier syndications.

Prior to joining Kutak Rock, Alex worked at an international law firm where he advised asset managers and global financial institutions on the formation, structuring, offering and ongoing operations of private equity funds and other alternative investment vehicles.
