Tristin is an associate in the firm's Intellectual Property and Technology Transactions Group, focusing on intellectual property transactions. Tristin has experience assisting with the negotiation and preparation of technology agreements including software license agreements, cloud/hosting agreements, SaaS, and master services agreements, information technology agreements, and general corporate transactions.

Prior to joining Kutak Rock LLP, Tristin gained experience on advising financial institutions and Fintech companies with respect to their financial services products and on numerous financial services issues including electronic banking, electronic funds transfer, and state and federal regulatory compliance matters including money transmitter/money service business licensing and marketplace lending. With respect to general corporate transactions, Tristin has assisted clients with mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring and governance, stock and asset purchases, shareholders’ agreements, buy-sell provisions, and exit strategies.
