Chris’ practice focuses on affordable housing, particularly the low-income housing tax credit under Section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code.These transactions include representing direct investors and equity funds in structuring and closing investments in complex lower-tier transactions as well as the syndication of these transactions into upper-tier multi-investor and proprietary investment funds. In addition, his practice includes representing tax credit investors in exit and portfolio-transfer transactions.
