He supports private companies, founders and private equity funds on a wide range of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, debt and equity financings and corporate reorganizations. His practice also includes advising clients on corporate governance, entity formation, business structuring and commercial contracting matters.
