Erica is a member of the Tax Credits practice group and focuses her practice on complex commercial transactions through the use of new markets tax credits, investment tax credits, opportunity zones, state new markets tax credits and other tax-incentivized financings. 

Prior to joining the firm, Erica worked at an international law firm in the M&A and Corporate Finance transaction practice group where she worked on mergers and acquisitions and commercial transactions for both buy-side and sell-side transactions. Erica also worked at Deloitte in the M&A Tax Consulting practice group providing both strategic and transaction consulting to executives at the top fortune 100 companies. At Deloitte, Erica gained extensive experience in tax controversy negotiation, state and local tax, tax structuring, and insolvency matters and received awards for marketplace excellence and mentorship as a recognized coach to junior associates.
