This year's event will feature two sessions. The morning session will focus on foundational M&A principles and the afternoon session will explore more advanced M&A topics.

Morning Session: “M&A 101” (8:30 AM – noon)
Lunch Presentation: lunch will be provided to attendees (noon – 1:00 PM)
Afternoon Session: “M&A 201” (1:00 PM – 4:00 PM)
Social Hour (4:00 PM)

The M&A Forum will include valuable insights and networking opportunities for business owners, founders, executives, business development or finance directors, and other professionals looking to deepen their understanding of M&A principles and strategies.

This is an in-person only event and will take place in the Kutak Rock Omaha office located at The Omaha Building, 1650 Farnam Street, Omaha, NE 68102.

Approved for 6.5 CLE credits in Nebraska and California, 8.0 CLE credits in Colorado and 6.5 CPE credits in Nebraska (based on 50-minute hours). CLE credit in Iowa and Arkansas is pending.
