Most recently having led the legal team at a global internet services and hardware company, Jason focuses his practice on intellectual property and technology transactions.

Jason concentrates on intellectual property protection, technology law, commercial transactions, copyrights, IP development and related transactions. With experience leading an in-house legal team and as a litigator, he keeps a pragmatic and practical focus on assisting his clients to close deals while minimizing applicable legal, business and economic risks.
