Aaron advises plan sponsors and fiduciaries regarding the design, administration, and operation of employee benefit plans. This includes compliance issues relating to benefit determinations, corporate transactions, plan disclosures and policies, the drafting of plan documents and amendments, and the review of service provider agreements. In addition, he assists clients in the creation and ongoing administration of executive compensation arrangements, including nonqualified deferred compensation plans, “top hat” plans, equity compensation plans, phantom equity plans, and incentive compensation arrangements. Aaron has worked extensively with compliance issues affecting Taft-Hartley and single-employer plans, and has also represented Taft-Hartley plans in collection litigation and subrogation matters.
