Kutak Rock has been named a finalist in the 24^th Annual M&A Advisor Awards, which recognize the top deals, firms and professionals in the mergers and acquisitions industry. The finalists represent the highest level of achievement across categories including M&A, Private Equity, Corporate/Strategic, Cross Border, Financing, Restructuring and Sector Deals of the Year.

Kutak Rock is recognized among the finalists for its work advising RAIN Group in its sale to Alchemist, a transaction honored in the Professional Services Deal of the Year ($25 million to $100 million) category.

In 2024 Kutak Rock represented RAIN Group, a U.S.-based global sales training company, in its sale to Alchemist, a UK-headquartered learning and development company backed by Horizon Capital that specializes in leadership and management development and sales training. This transaction significantly expanded the international footprint of both companies to provide clients with a comprehensive suite of sales and leadership development solutions. The transaction closed on November 1, 2024.
