Kutak Rock Represents RAIN Group in Acquisition by Alchemist
News | November 13, 2024Kutak Rock represented RAIN Group, a U.S. based global sales training company, in its recent sale to Alchemist, a UK-headquartered learning and development company backed by Horizon Capital that specializes in leadership and management development and sales training. This transaction significantly expands the international footprint of both companies to provide clients with a comprehensive suite of sales and leadership development solutions. The transaction closed on November 1, 2024.
Partner Lisa Sarver, led the Kutak Rock team advising RAIN Group on the transaction.
