Kutak Rock Represents DTN, LLC in Acquisition of Iteris, Inc.’s Agriculture, Weather Analytics Segment

Kutak Rock recently represented DTN, LLC of Burnsville, Minnesota in the acquisition of Iteris, Inc.’s Agriculture and Weather Analytics segment, composed of ClearAg and ClearPath Weather product lines. 

DTN is the leading independent provider of decision support solutions to global agriculture, oil and gas, and other weather-sensitive industries. Iteris, Inc. provides consulting services and produces sensors and other devices that record and predict traffic and weather conditions. Agribusinesses and producers rely on ClearAg’s real-time, hyperlocal weather information and their land surface models to make predictive agronomic solutions. 

The acquisition further enhances DTN’s capabilities and solutions for agribusinesses and producers. Additionally, the two companies have announced a strategic partnership agreement to pursue future joint opportunities in the global transportation market.
