Miroslava (Mika) Sharpe is an associate in the Corporate and Government Services group in the Washington, D.C. office. She focuses her practice on a wide range of corporate and government services matters.
Mika has represented governmental and private entity clients related to the structuring, implementing, and financing of public-private partnership (P3) projects, enhanced use leases, and military housing privatization matters. She has experience drafting RFPs, Project Agreements, enhanced use leases, and other transaction documents.
Mika regularly supports clients on government contract compliance issues, general contract disputes, and a range of federal procurement matters, including, but not limited to, preparation of requests for equitable adjustment claims, procurement integrity, contract changes, socio-economic policies and requirements (Service Contract Act, Davis-Bacon Act, EEO, Small Business and Small Disadvantaged Business contracting), and contract appeals.
Mika also supports the firm’s Privacy and Data Security practice.
