Ben represents public and private companies as well as nonprofit entities in the areas of corporate, real estate, and healthcare law with complex commercial transactions involving entity formation, business structuring, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate finance, compliance, and general commercial contract drafting and negotiation.

Ben’s real estate practice includes assisting clients in commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions, sale-leasebacks, representation of national and local landlords and tenants, financings and tax credit projects.
