Nick is an associate in Kutak Rock’s Banking Group. His practice is focused on the representation of foreign and domestic financial institutions in municipal, healthcare, higher education and other not-for-profit financings, including providing credit enhancement and liquidity support for taxable and tax-exempt securities and the direct purchase of such securities.
