Kutak Rock served as special Georgia, Kentucky and New York counsel to the Borrower of the proceeds of the $407,800,000 Kentucky Bond Development Corporation Senior Revenue Bonds, Series 2026A (University of Kentucky Central Utility Plant Project) (Non-AMT). The bonds were issued to: (a) finance certain costs of designing, building, financing, operating, maintaining, possessing, controlling and improving a new central utility plant and related system improvements, including distribution systems, as part of the University of Kentucky’s overall development project for new and existing campus facilities in Lexington, Kentucky and (b) pay costs of issuance of the bonds.
