Sarah is an associate in the firm’s Atlanta office and is a member of the public finance group. As a real estate and finance attorney, Sarah provides advice and counsel on a broad range of real estate finance and transactional issues. She has experience in commercial and residential real estate transactions, residential and commercial leasing, entity formation and governance documents, and commercial contracts. Sarah has assisted various financial institutions in reviewing, drafting and negotiating loan and security documents, such as loan agreements, mortgages, assignments of leases, security agreements, and UCC filing statements. She also frequently assists with providing local counsel opinions for the benefit of out-of-state lenders entering Georgia-based loan transactions.
