Kutak Rock recently represented Roger, an industry leader in bulk agriculture commodity trucking technology and logistics, in an acquisition by Ever.Ag, a provider of AgTech software solutions and risk management services to agricultural supply chain customers.

Roger is the creation of a group of prominent agriculture industry companies, including The Andersons Inc., Cargill, Consolidated Grain and Barge, Koch Fertilizer, The Scoular Company, and Bushel, all with a shared vision of a neutral logistics platform that would digitize and streamline bulk agriculture hauling. Ever.Ag, launched in early 2022, is a global team of AgTech professionals with decades of experience working together to provide customers with the insight they need to operate more efficiently, sustainably, and strategically across the supply chain.
