Isaiah is a member of the firm’s corporate/real estate department, Corporate Securities Group and Institutional Investments Group. He advises emerging and middle market companies on securities compliance, equity and asset purchase and sales, venture capital funding and corporate governance. Further, he provides general corporate counsel regarding equipment purchases, sponsorship agreements, consulting agreements and other general commercial transactions.
Isaiah’s real estate practice includes advising clients on acquisition, leasing and financing matters related to commercial real estate transactions. He regularly drafts and negotiates various site control agreements in the solar and renewable energy industries, including options, leases, purchase agreements, easements and related instruments. He has experience advising clients in multistate commercial lending secured by real estate, including due diligence survey reviews, and addressing and curing title defects. Isaiah also assists clients Isaiah also assists clients with respect to their design and construction projects, including negotiation of general contractor, project manager and cost containment consulting agreements. .
As a member of the firm’s Institutional Investments Group, Isaiah assists clients in the negotiation and documentation of their alternative investment transactions, including private equity, hedge fund, and commingled real estate transactions.
Isaiah has extensive experience counseling clients on Intellectual Property matters, including software licensing, technology purchasing, data protection, open source software matters, and other technology law issues. Isaiah assists in the representation of various firm clients (from startup companies to Fortune 100 corporations) by negotiating both technology agreements and general service agreements.
