Kutak Rock established its Arizona presence in 1990 with an office in Phoenix. Located in Scottsdale since 1999, the office is now staffed by more than 40 attorneys. Main practice areas include real estate and REIT, litigation, immigration, public finance, institutional/alternative investments, finance, tax, government relations, intellectual property, and insurance regulation—two Scottsdale attorneys are former directors of the Arizona Department of Insurance. The office has recently expanded its bankruptcy and restructuring practice and has long been the home office for the firm’s tribal finance and tribal law practice.

Our Scottsdale attorneys are active members of the Hispanic National Bar Association, Arizona Women Lawyers Association, Volunteer Lawyers Association, Paiute Neighborhood Legal Clinic, the Arizona Alliance of Non-Profits, among other area organizations.
