Kutak Rock Grows Minneapolis Office with Addition of Six Attorneys

Kutak Rock is pleased to announce the addition of six associates to its Minneapolis office. Practice areas among the new attorneys include real estate, public finance, corporate, employee benefits and litigation.

The new associates are Nathan Froemming, Benjamin Kramer, Rachel Loscheider, Spencer Riegelman, Madaline Simon and Marcus Zelzer.

Nathan Froemming is an associate in the firm’s real estate practice group and serves clients in a variety of real estate and corporate matters, including multifamily housing and solar projects. Nathan earned a J.D. from University of Wisconsin Law School and a B.A., magna cum laude, from University of Minnesota. He is admitted to practice in Minnesota and Wisconsin.

Benjamin Kramer is an associate in the firm’s corporate practice group and serves clients in a variety of corporate and business matters. Benjamin received a J.D., with Distinction, from the University of Iowa College of Law and a B.B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of South Dakota. He is admitted to practice in Minnesota.

Rachel Loscheider is an associate in the firm’s national employee benefits practice group. Rachel advises plan sponsors and fiduciaries regarding the design, administration and operation of employee benefit plans. Rachel received a J.D. from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, a B.S./B.A. from The College of Saint Scholastica, and an A.A. from Rainy River Community College. She is admitted to practice in Minnesota.

Spencer Riegelman is an associate in the firm’s real estate practice group and primarily services clients in the area of multifamily housing. Spencer earned a J.D., magna cum laude, from University of St. Thomas School of Law and a B.S., summa cum laude, from Winona State University. He is admitted to practice in Minnesota.

Madaline Simon joins the firm’s public finance practice group as an associate. Madaline received a J.D. from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and a B.A. from the University of Minnesota. She is admitted to practice in Minnesota.

Marcus Zelzer is an associate in the litigation group who focuses on contract drafting, insurance and construction law. Marcus earned a J.D. from University of St. Thomas School of Law and a B.S. from Salem State University. He is admitted to practice in Minnesota and Iowa, in addition to the U.S. District Court for the Districts of Minnesota and the Southern District of Iowa.
