Marcus focuses his practice on commercial litigation with an emphasis on ERISA, securities, and intellectual property litigation. His broad experience enables him to handle many types of cases, whether those matters are before state, federal or appellate courts.
Marcus’ ERISA practice focuses on ERISA compliance and litigating ERISA fiduciary and benefits matters. He represents Taft-Hartley plans, drafts contracts, plan documents and other legal instruments. Marcus has also worked on several collection matters for Funds in Federal Court.
Marcus has argued dispositive and non-dispositive motions in numerous courts and has extensive experience with discovery practice, taking and defending depositions, drafting motions and briefs, and preparing cases for trial.
