Kutak Rock served as bond counsel in connection with the issuance of $32 million of Colorado Educational and Cultural Facilities Authority Revenue Refunding Bonds (YMCA of the Rockies Project) Series 2022. The Series 2022 Bonds refunded bonds previously issued which financed the acquisition, construction, equipping, and renovation of (a) certain family reunion cabins located at 1101 County Road 53, Granby, Colorado 80466 and (b) certain lodging, dining, and meeting facilities located at 2515 Tunnel Road, Estes Park, Colorado 80511.
