Seventeen Kutak Rock Attorneys in Arkansas Listed in Mid-South Super Lawyers® 2017

Seventeen attorneys from Kutak Rock LLP’s Little Rock and Fayetteville offices are listed in the Mid-South Super Lawyers® publication for 2017.

Little Rock Office

Jess Askew.  Mr. Askew practices in the areas of business and class action litigation and constitutional, education, media and appellate law. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Harvard University and a J.D. from the University of California Hastings College of Law.

Frederick Davis (Rising Star).  Mr. Davis focuses on all aspects of business litigation, including defense of class actions, patent infringement litigation, and appeals. His B.A. is from Davidson College and his J.D. is from the University of Arkansas School of Law, Fayetteville.

H. Watt Gregory, III.  Mr. Gregory’s practice has been concentrated in business development and finance, issuance of equity and debt securities in the public and private capital markets, and general corporate and mergers and acquisition law. He has a bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University and an LL.B. from the University of Arkansas School of Law.

Ashley Hudson (Rising Star).  Ms. Hudson represents corporate clients and management professionals in commercial and employment disputes. She earned a B.A. at Vanderbilt University, an M.A. at the University of Arkansas, and a J.D. at the University of Arkansas School of Law.

Andrew King (Rising Star).  Mr. King is a commercial litigation partner whose primary practice areas are defense of class actions, appeals, and representation of lenders in all aspects of litigation and bankruptcy. He holds a B.A. from the University of Arkansas and a J.D. from the University of Arkansas School of Law.

C. David McDaniel (Rising Star).  Mr. McDaniel’s practice focuses on general corporate and securities law matters, including capital formation transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory compliance. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Arkansas and a J.D. from the University of Arkansas School of Law.

Edward Oglesby.  Mr. Oglesby's practice includes all manner of litigation, including product liability, government dispute, insurance, health care and general commercial matters. He earned a B.A. from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and a J.D. from the University of Arkansas School of Law.

Teresa Wineland.  Ms. Wineland practices in the areas of commercial, complex, class action and general litigation. She has tried over 75 jury trials as lead counsel. Her B.A. is from the University of Arkansas and her J.D. is from Duke University Law School.

Fayetteville Office

Dale W. Brown (Rising Star).  Mr. Brown’s practice primarily focuses on business and litigation, defense of healthcare providers in malpractice litigation, and insurance litigation. He earned a B.S.B.A. degree at the University of Arkansas and a J.D., cum laude, at the University of Arkansas School of Law.

Niki Cung.  Ms. Cung concentrates her practice on commercial litigation and complex insurance defense involving a variety of claims, including contract, construction defect, product liability, wrongful death and personal injury, professional liability, and malicious prosecution. She holds a B.S.B.A. from the University of Texas at Dallas and a J.D. from the University of Arkansas School of Law.

Jeff Fletcher (Rising Star).  Mr. Fletcher’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, medical malpractice defense, nursing home defense, and general insurance litigation. His B.A. is from the University of Arkansas and his J.D. is from the University of Arkansas School of Law.

Kelsey Fohner (Rising Star).  Ms. Fohner represents health systems, hospitals, surgery centers, community health providers and individual physician practices in transactional and regulatory compliance. She earned a B.A. from Southern Methodist University and a J.D. from the University of Arkansas School of Law.

Katy Garner (Rising Star).  Ms. Garner represents health systems, hospitals, surgery centers and individual physician practices in a variety of real estate, corporate and transactional matters. She has a B.A. from the University of Georgia and a J.D. from the University of Arkansas School of law.

Scott Jackson (Rising Star).  Mr. Jackson devotes his practice to the representation of corporate clients and management professionals in complex commercial and employment litigation. He earned a B.S.B.A., summa cum laude, at the University of Arkansas and a J.D., cum laude, at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law.

Samantha B. Leflar (Rising Star).  Ms. Leflar primarily concentrates her practice on the defense of health care providers, appellate practice, and general civil litigation. She holds a bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Arkansas and a J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Arkansas School of Law.

Allissa Sims (Rising Star).  Ms. Sims concentrates on real estate and commercial transactions, including acquisition, disposition, leasing, construction, development, and banking and commercial lending.
