David serves as Co-Chair of the firm’s Arkansas Corporate Practice Group and focuses his practice on a wide variety of transactional matters. David maintains a broad M&A practice, with extensive buy-side and sell-side experience representing strategic and financial investors as well as founders across a variety of industries, including agri-business, banking/financial services, environmental/waste management, healthcare, manufacturing, technology, telecommunications, and transportation. Additionally, David is experienced in corporate finance matters, including the public and private issuance of equity and debt securities, and regularly represents fund sponsors in the formation and capitalization of private real estate funds.
