John Schembari is a partner at Kutak Rock leading the firm's national employee benefits and executive compensation group. He focuses his practice primarily on minimizing his clients' legal risks while ensuring that their employee benefits and executive compensation programs align with their goals.
Tim Sperling is the Director of Corporate Finance & Business Development in RBG Capital's Investment Banking Division. He focuses on the firm’s Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) business.
Kevin Cooney is a Senior Vice President, Commercial Banking Manager at Bankers Trust.
