Join us on September 3, 2025 at 1 pm ET/ noon CT for a 90-minute panel discussion with attorneys from U.S. law firm Kutak Rock, LLP and Canadian law firm Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP addressing practical issues that arise in cross-border M&A transactions. Topics will include a comparison of U.S. and Canadian law and customary practices in areas such as employment, employee benefits, noncompetes, direct and indirect taxes, and indemnification provisions. Additionally, the evolving tariffs between the U.S. and Canada will be addressed.
