Panelists

Richard Lieberman is a partner at Kutak Rock focusing his practice on counsel to a variety of companies, ranging in size from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. Richard has counseled boards and senior management on issues pertinent to growing companies as well as those experiencing a wide variety of crisis situations. 

Ken Witt, Special Counsel at Kutak Rock, is an experienced corporate and securities attorney. Ken represents commercial banks and other institutional clients as well as companies in a number of industry verticals. Ken's work includes mergers and acquisitions, institutional investment, venture capital and securities regulation. 

Michael Walling is the Managing Director of Corporate Finance & Investment Banking at RBG Capital. Over the past 25 years Michael has been involved in numerous transactions ranging in size from $2 Million to $160 million. Michael has a successful track record working on dispositions, acquisitions, recapitalizations, management buy-outs and structured growth equity and debt.

Alexander Greene is a Vice President at Umpqua Bank. He has over 10 years of corporate and middle market banking experience; and currently serves as the Credit Officer for the State of Arizona. Alex specializes in strategic debt structuring, mergers and acquisitions, complex debt instruments, syndications for both private and public companies, and diverse capital market solutions for clients.

Moderators

Isaiah Wilson is a partner at Kutak Rock. He advises emerging and middle market companies on securities compliance, equity and asset purchase and sales, venture capital funding and corporate governance.

Tim Sperling works in RBG Capital's Investment Banking Division as the Director of Corporate Finance & Business Development, with an emphasis on the firm's Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) business.
