We regularly assist federal, state and local, and private sector clients to acquire interests in and develop projects on former and current federal real estate.  We have helped clients participate in some of the largest federal real estate transactions—acquiring and disposing of thousands of acres across the country and creating developments with a range of goals (e.g., job generation, new facilities and revenue generation). Our Group negotiates, drafts and implements deeds, enhanced use leases, leases, licenses, sharing agreements, service agreements, contracts, task orders, development agreements, and a wide range of other transaction documents. As a result of our involvement in a large number of transactions, we can offer strategic advice to clients, offer up best practices and valuable insights to challenges encountered in similar transactions and then draft required documents.
