Scott has extensive experience in preparing trademark applications, responding to and overcoming rejections from the Trademark Office, preparing copyright applications, and prosecuting patents. He has drafted numerous trademark, copyright, and patent license agreements, and has actively participated in both cancellation and opposition proceedings in front of the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. He has also been involved in a multitude of IP litigation.
