Nathan advises national and regional private and public across all sectors on real estate transactions, commercial lending, land use entitlements, corporate matters and water rights.

Practice Areas
  • Real Estate: Matters involving the acquisition and disposition of real property including purchase and sale agreements and leases and the preparation of condominium and homeowners’ association documentation.
  • Lending: Representation on loan documentation for commercial secured transactions and for real estate acquisition and finance.
  • Land Use & Environmental: Counseling public and private clients in the alternative energy, forest products and timber, mineral, ski facility, and agricultural sectors on residential, commercial, and industrial development for their compliance with the Growth Management Act (GMA), Shoreline Management Act (SMA) and the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA).
  • Corporate: Representation of regional companies in the health care and manufacturing industries with corporate documentation and acquisition and disposition.
  • Water Rights: Assisting clients with the sale, exchange, and transfer of water rights and associated administrative processes.
