Kutak Rock’s presence in Washington began in August 2014 when we opened our Spokane office with a public finance practice. The office continues to maintain a robust and well-established public finance presence reaching across the country. It is now also home to a team of seasoned trial lawyers and experienced real estate, general municipal, school law, employment, and tax attorneys.

In their personal time, attorneys are involved in the Downtown Spokane Partnership, Children’s Home Society of Washington, InvestED, the Council of School Attorneys, and the Spokane Public Library Board, to name just a few, as well as giving time to teaching at local universities.

The Spokane office is located in historic Cutter Tower, which maintains its original architectural features. It is conveniently located in downtown Spokane, close to many activities and social opportunities. The City of Spokane itself is located in the Inland Northwest and straddles the Spokane River. It’s home to several universities, including the Gonzaga Bulldogs, Whitworth Pirates, and Eastern Eagles, and is just an hour drive from beautiful Coeur D’Alene and Priest Lake areas.
