Curtis's practice is primarily focused on the representation of foreign and domestic financial institutions in lending transactions. These transactions include a range of market sectors including corporate, government, healthcare, higher education and not-for-profit. Curtis's client services also include the representation of banks in providing credit enhancement and liquidity support to taxable and tax-exempt debt securities and the direct purchase of such securities.
