Gina acts as bond counsel to a variety of political subdivisions, including counties, cities, economic development authorities and townships in governmental purpose and conduit revenue bond transactions. She has experience financing numerous types of projects such multifamily housing projects, sports facilities, senior housing and health care facilities, hospitals, charter schools and other nonprofit facilities.

In addition, Gina acts as development counsel and assists municipal clients in their economic development and redevelopment projects by advising clients on tax increment financing and other forms of financial assistance.
