Reshma advises commercial lenders and developers on real estate and financing transactions across multiple jurisdictions, with experience spanning multifamily projects, retail centers, medical office buildings, hotels, and general business assets. On the real estate side, she handles acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and property management matters.

In her commercial lending work, Reshma handles construction and permanent financing for development projects and operating properties, preparing and negotiating loan documents and conducting due diligence and complex title and survey reviews. She has represented institutional lenders on commercial loans secured by fee-owned real estate, tribal land, ground leases, and non-real estate assets.
