Kutak Rock attorneys Kasey Cappellano, Meaghan Gandy and Regan Lavallee authored an article titled “Handbook Hot Topics: An Employer-Friendly Shift at NLRB” for Law360. In their article, they review recent National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) decisions involving employee handbook policies, and discuss a potential shift toward more employer-friendly rulings in the future.
