Sisera Daniel is Chair of the Public Finance Department in the Washington, D.C. office. She counsels governmental entities, financial institutions and non-profit organizations on housing and other public finance transactions.

C. David McDaniel serves as Co-Chair of the firm’s Arkansas Corporate Practice Group and focuses his practice on a wide variety of transactional matters.

Lisa Sarver is Co-Chair of the firm’s national Mergers & Acquisitions group. She focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance.
