Kutak Rock Serves as Bond & Disclosure Counsel to the University of Denver

Kutak Rock served as Bond Counsel and Disclosure Counsel in connection with the issuance by the Colorado Educational and Cultural Facilities Authority of its $159,010,000 in aggregate principal amount of Colorado Educational and Cultural Facilities Authority Revenue Bonds (University of Denver Project) Series 2026A and its $7,730,000 in aggregate principal amount of Colorado Educational and Cultural Facilities Authority Refunding Revenue Bonds (University of Denver Project) Series 2026B.

The proceeds from the sale of the Series 2026A Bonds will be loaned to the University of Denver and used to: (a) finance the acquisition, construction, expansion, renovation and equipping of: (i) the Integrative Life Sciences Complex (including related backfill renovations) on the University’s main Denver campus; (ii) portions of the Daniel L. Ritchie Center for Sports & Wellness on the Campus; (iii) the improvements located at 2000 South Buchtel Boulevard, Denver, Colorado; and (iv) certain other capital improvements to the Campus; (b) fund capitalized interest on the Series 2026A Bonds; and (c) pay certain costs of issuance of the Series 2026A Bonds. Proceeds of the Series 2026B Bonds will be used to (I) refund the outstanding Colorado Educational and Cultural Facilities Authority Revenue Bonds (University of Denver Project) Series 2013, and II) pay certain costs of issuance of the Series 2026B Bonds.
