Kutak Rock acted as Bond Counsel in connection with the issuance by the Board of Trustees for Western Colorado University of its $12,605,000 Institutional Enterprise Revenue Bond, Series 2025. The Series 2025 Bonds financed a 36-unit faculty and staff housing project located in Gunnison, Colorado. The housing will be available to staff and faculty members only, with an emphasis on incoming employees in need of transitional housing upon arrival in Gunnison. The 36-unit development is planned as a mixture of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. Site preparation begins in the early fall this year, and the project aims to be complete and ready for occupancy as early as September 2026.
