Kutak Rock served as Bond Counsel and Disclosure Counsel to the Colorado State University System in connection with the issuance of the $217,565,000 Board of Governors of the Colorado State University System’s Enterprise Revenue and Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2025A-D. Proceeds of the Series 2025 Bonds will be used for the purposes of: 

(a) financing certain capital improvement projects;

(b) refunding certain prior obligations of the Board; and

(c) paying the costs of issuance related thereto.
