Kutak Rock served as bond counsel and disclosure counsel in connection with the issuance of $138,415,000 CU Strata Student Housing Revenue Bonds Series 2025A (The Prospect Project). Proceeds of the Series 2025 Bonds, along with funds provided by CSU Strata, and estimated interest earnings on invested funds, will be used for the purposes of financing (a) construction and equipping of a 696 bed/255 unit facility to be known as The Prospect; (b) the funding of a debt service reserve fund; (c) the payment of capitalized interest with respect to the Series 2025 Bonds and (d) the payment of costs of issuing the Series 2025 Bonds. The project’s facilities are situated in proximity to the south side of the CSU campus in Fort Collins. The project facilities will provide community lounges, multiple study rooms, a pet washing station, and other amenities including a coffee shop/food venue and fitness center, making it a convenient and comfortable place for students to live.
