Kutak Rock served as counsel to the underwriters of the $55,360,000 Board of Regents of the University of Oklahoma on Behalf of the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center General Revenue Bonds Federally Taxable Series 2024A. Proceeds of the Series 2024A Bonds will be utilized to provide funds that will be used to finance the renovation, modernization and expansion of laboratories and research facilities on the campus of the Oklahoma University Health Sciences Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
