Bradley has experience in a wide range of tax-exempt and taxable public financings, including, but not limited to, healthcare and other nonprofit organization financings, public and private higher education institutions, student loan financings, P3 financings, multifamily housing projects, charter schools and special districts. As part of such financings, Bradley has served as bond counsel, disclosure counsel, underwriter’s counsel, issuer’s counsel and borrower’s counsel.

Bradley is a member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers and helped contribute to the team that authored the ninth edition of the “Federal Securities Laws of Municipal Bonds Deskbook."
