Kutak Rock Represents Arcane Capital Partners in Two Acquisitions

Kutak Rock recently represented Arcane Capital Partners, LLC in its acquisitions of Petroflex North America and Wescon Plastics, both plastics manufacturers.

Arcane Capital Partners is an Arkansas-based, privately held investment firm that focuses on investing in people and exceptional businesses operating in cutting-edge industries.

Based in Gainesville, TX, Petroflex manufactures continuous length HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) conduit and accessories made from significant recycled content, primarily serving the electric utility, renewables, irrigation, telecommunications and data voice industries.

Established in 1972 and headquartered in Wichita, KS, Wescon Plastics specializes in engineered resins to make tight tolerance products for end-use across energy, heavy equipment, electrical, batteries, HVAC and recreation vehicles.

Kutak Rock partner David McDaniel represented Arcane Capital Partners on the transaction. He was primarily assisted by partner Chase Waters and associates Tim Harper and Hayden Gore.
