Kutak Rock served as underwriters’ counsel for the $36,625,000 Board of Regents for the Oklahoma Agricultural and Mechanical Colleges, Oklahoma State University General Revenue Bonds, Series 2023.

Proceeds of the Series 2023 Bonds are expected to (i) finance a portion of the construction of a new facility for the Division of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources Administration on the Oklahoma State University, Stillwater Campus, which will include administration and faculty offices, classrooms and teaching facilities, with an estimated total cost of $115,200,000; (ii) finance a portion of the renovations to Boone Pickens Stadium with an estimated total cost of $55,000,000; and (iii) finance a portion of the construction of a Central Market Place on the Oklahoma State University, Stillwater Campus with an estimated total cost of $20,000,000.

The Project elements are anticipated to be funded with a combination of University funding, donations to the Oklahoma State University Foundation and proceeds of the Series 2023 Bonds.
